Hi Subscriber, I hope you're having a great day! When I looked at the calendar and realized that it's already late August I was almost shocked. It's almost September! Do you remember some of the September 30/30s I've done? The times when I've painted thirty small paintings in thirty days? I think the last time I did one was in February of 2022. And the last September one was in 2019. It feels like it might be time for another one. Or some version of it. What about a ten in thirty, or a 10/30 in other words? That seems like a nice pace to me, especially since I want to do some studying, but also want a little more time to explore new ideas. |
Here's a shot from that February challenge. It was a lot of fun! It was also pretty exhausting. I'm thinking to use either oil or gouache, according to what the subject is. Probably 8" by 10" for size.
